Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Director of Sales MedTech Quality & Regulatory to drive business development and revenue growth across North America. This is a farming role focused on strengthening relationships with existing clients and expanding market presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Global Engineering and R&D services or Quality and Regulatory consulting with a passion for sales and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive profitable revenue growth in the MedTech sector.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients identifying new opportunities within Quality & Regulatory services.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sales efforts with company objectives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients understanding their regulatory and quality needs in the MedTech industry.
  • Lead business development initiatives including client meetings negotiations and proposals.
  • Work closely with crossfunctional teams including delivery marketing and leadership to ensure successful client engagements.
  • Travel across North America as required for client meetings industry events and business expansion efforts.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 10 years of experience in Global Engineering and R&D services or Quality and Regulatory consulting within the MedTech industry.
  • Proven experience in a sales business development or client management role.
  • Strong understanding of Quality & Regulatory standards in MedTech.
  • Ability to drive relationshipbased sales and grow existing accounts.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across North America.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as a Client Partner Onsite Coordinator or Senior Program Manager with a passion for sales.
  • Experience working with global teams and a strong understanding of international regulatory frameworks.
