Job Description

As Price Administrator (m/f/d) in our EU Business Operations and Strategic Planning department you will support our team with all administrative and operational tasks and processes within the business area.

  • Handling of customer purchase orders / price contracts according to current QM system
  • Input / control of sales and purchase prices in InforLN
  • Update / followup of customer requirements and of customers general terms and conditions related to financial control handling to all related parties (e.g. delivery terms payment terms duty terms)
  • Price provision management
  • Retroactive price control
  • Handling of all internal vendor price control with manufacturing plants
  • Management of price templates in MS Excel
  • Control of internal workflows
  • Internal liaising with relevant departments to ensure sales and purchase prices are processed correctly
  • Supporting and advising the commercial team where necessary
  • Working as part of a joint team and contributing ideas for areas of improvement with general adhoc duties as required
  • Support of other sales administrative customer requirements

Qualifications :

  • Completed commercial or technical training with appropriate in depth further training or comparable qualification 
  • Experience in the commercial sector desirable 
  • Several years of professional experience in the field of price control or master data maintenance desirable 
  • Profound knowledge of MS Office especially MS Excel 
  • Good knowledge of using common ERP systems 
  • Business fluent German and English skills 
  • Careful and reliable as well as independent and solutionoriented way of working 
  • Ability to work in a team
