Job Description
About your tasks:
- Process and validate IT data for monthly reports and audits while maintaining high standards of data quality.
- Collaborate with the IT governance team to develop concepts and roll out new governance initiatives.
- Document and enhance existing IT processes using Confluence for transparency and efficiency.
- Prepare impactful presentations and reports for IT management ensuring key insights are clearly communicated.
- Coordinate regularly with internal IT departments and external partners to maintain alignment and ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain and manage IT governance processes using Jira Microsoft Excel and Confluence to streamline workflows.
- Conduct data analysis to identify risks and recommend opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications :
About you:
- A completed professional education in the IT field or a comparable qualification.
- Experience in IT project management governance principles like COBIT/ITIL and IT process documentation is a great plus.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Jira Excel and Confluence.
- Good knowledge of German (B2 level) is essential.
