About the role and practice
If youre a patientfocused Practice Manager looking for a rewarding role in a friendly and professional environment look no further than The Smile Boutique practice in Peterborough.
- 35 hours per week available (we can be flexible on days and shifts Monday Friday)
The Smile Boutique in Peterborough offers a full range of dental treatments all under one roof. Our expertise lies within smile design and cosmetic dentistry but we also offer general dentistry treatments to an exceptionally high standard. So no matter what your dental needs may be we are on hand with the best quality treatments to provide you with longlasting satisfying results.
About you
We welcome your application if you have management or Lead Dental Nurse experience within a dental setting. Other industries such as healthcare or commercial (e.g. retail / hospitality) will also be considered.
- Experience of working with financial records to include P&L KPIs and budget planning
- Experience of managing a team including knowledge of HR processes and compliance
- The ability to communicate effectively with the team and lead them with a positive proactive approach
