Desired skills/responsibilities:
- Produce accurate and timely shop drawings from architectural drawings
- Communicating with Project Managers to verify solutions and conditions.
- Managing time schedules and priorities while meeting deadlines.
- Cabinet & Casework fabrication installation or shop experience is a plus
- Some understanding of basic CNC machine programming
Experience/Background:
- 1 year in CAD software
- 1 year Knowledge or experience with 3D modeling. (Inventor Solidworks etc.)
- 1 year Knowledge or experience with cabinet design software Autodesk Inventor is a required
- Familiar with standard commercial & cabinet/casework materials and construction.
- Familiar with Architectural Woodworking Institute (AWI) standards.
- Demonstrate strong written & verbal communication skills.
- Selfmotivation and strong attention to detail
- Thinks critically with complex problem solving and evaluation skills.
- Associate degree preferred but not necessary.
