Job Description

Roles and responsibilities

We are seeking a dedicated Training and Development Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, implementing, and managing comprehensive training programs for our employees. The Training and Development Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring that our workforce is equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in their roles. As a Training and Development Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the growth and development of our organization.

Responsibilities

Design and develop training programs to meet the needs of employees at all levels of the organization
Coordinate and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars
Assess training needs through surveys, feedback, and performance evaluations
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training materials are accurate and up-to-date
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements
Maintain training records and documentation
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development
Training Program Design:

Develop and implement training programs tailored to the needs of employees and the organization.
Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and create appropriate training solutions.
Update and improve existing training materials to reflect current best practices and organizational goals.
Coordination of Training Activities:

Schedule and organize training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
Ensure the availability of training materials, equipment, and venues.
Coordinate with internal trainers or external vendors for program delivery.
Facilitation of Training Sessions:

Conduct training sessions or workshops for employees on topics such as skill development, compliance, or company policies.
Use engaging and interactive methods to enhance learning experiences.
Monitor the progress of trainees during sessions and provide support as needed.


Desired candidate profile


Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, or a related field
Proven experience in developing and delivering effective training programs
Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems
Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple training initiatives.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities to engage diverse audiences.
Analytical skills to evaluate data, measure training effectiveness, and recommend improvements.
Proficiency in tools like PowerPoint, Excel, and LMS platforms for content creation and tracking.
Soft Skills:

Empathy and interpersonal skills to connect with employees and understand their development needs.
Creativity in designing engaging and impactful training programs.
Problem-solving skills to address challenges in program delivery or participation.
Flexibility to adapt to changing organizational needs and priorities.
