Job Description
- Sell and execute all authorised products and promotional activities.
- Lead the exclusive sales rep & general sales team for customer development & distribution.
- Explore new opportunities by opening new accounts.
- Distributor order planning & validate sell out claim.
- Coaching distributor sales team for trade execution excellent.
- Manage stock level to ensure continuous availability and regular rotation.
- Ensure correct shelf price and merchandising are implemented.
- Service all outlets in assigned territory as scheduled.
- Manage daily settlement and collection of payment.
- Participate in sales activation and promotional activities as and when required.
- Enhance relationship through productive communication with all customers to ensure prompt response to needs or complaints to achieve maximum customers satisfaction.
- Monitor activity at store level and communicate competitive category and product information that affect sales results (e.g. pricing product assortment promotion and placement) to Sales Management so that they can proactively respond with new strategies and tactics
- To perform any other task or assignment as directed by the management from time to time.
Qualifications :
Job Qualification
- Any Bachelor Degree with experience in distributors and customers management.
- 23 years experience Distributor Sales experience.
- Experienced in FMCG industries.
