Get to Know the Role
- You will collaborate with Sales Operations Commercial Product Analytics and Finance teams to create strategies processes and targets that support Grabs Sales teams. By combining strategic and operational expertise youll contribute to sales strategy customer segmentation company structure process improvement and business analytics.
- Reporting to the Regional Sales Operations Manager Sales Ops & Analytics youll be based onsite in Petaling Jaya.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
Sales Steering & Performance
- You will be a key business partner to the Commercial Country Head managing MY & SG and the Country Sales Managers.
- You will lead the endtoend of Country Market Planning / Business Reviews.
- You will drive data into monitoring and analyzing key sales and business performance indicators and trends to drive strategic and tactical business decisions while also coordinating and ensuring the accuracy of sales forecasts.
- You will support Country Sales Heads and the Sales Team to monitor and forecast revenue performance and other sales KPIs against Quarterly Sales Targets.
- You will be a tactical to strategic planner supporting the Sales Team with sales and market data intelligence analysis for business cases using internal and external data.
- You will partner with Country Sales leadership to define and execute sales strategy sales policies processes and business system requirements.
Process Excellence
- You will maintain the integrity of sales and customer data by driving adoption and proper usage of sales tools including SalesForce.
- You will enable access to sales data and KPIs via tools like SalesForce Google Sheets PowerBI etc.
- You will enforce pricing and discount policies.
- You will work with Regional Operations Teams to roll out new solutions to improve the efficiency of Sales Operations processes in the Country.
Qualifications :
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- You have minimally 6 years of experience in business and sales operations in Adtech SaaS and B2B environments.
- You have a interest in learning about digital advertising sales and Grabs ecosystem.
- You have experience influencing designing implementing and enforcing crossfunctional processes.
- You have demonstrated the ability to influence and drive projects and you can advise junior team members on process effectiveness.
- You have proficiency in tools like GSuite (Docs Sheets Slides) Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) and experience with Salesforce Power BI and Tableau.
