Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contribute to all stages of the design process from user research to wireframes and shipping the product
- Gathering and understanding business objectives and user needs
- Designing user journeys identifying pain points
- Conducting workshops representing UX aspects
- Liaising and working with stakeholders participating in specification and review processes to ensure the best possible user experience
- Professional leadership of product design projects
- User testing interviewing and insight gathering persona creation
- Leadership and mentoring of team members and client
- Collaborate with engineers leadership and customerfacing teams to develop design solutions that drive business value and align with strategic objectives.
- Be a selfstarter and problem solver to facilitate selfidentified opportunities in products and services
Qualifications :
REQUIREMENTS
- 5 years Product design experience
- Practical knowledge of design thinking methodology
- Passionate about creating seamless usercentric experiences
- Usercentered mindset
- Understanding and high level of project insight
- Thorough knowledge of Figma fluent in its use
- Proficiency in written and spoken English at an active negotiation level
- Constructive approach
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of industry trends innovative technologies
NICE TO HAVE
- AI 3D AR VR design experience
- Experience in branding
- Experience in financial and healthcare sectors
- Experience in Service design
