Job Description
As an HVAC Technician you will:
- Be responsible for all Kitchen and Main Facility equipment
- Be responsible for the repair replacement and maintain various types of HVAC units within our property
- Work and document a preventative maintenance program
- Repack pumps and compressors clean condensers replace worn or defective parts
- Change out air conditioning filters discarding the old ones replacing them with new filters labeling new filters before installation
- Maintain air handler closets regularly
- Clean evaporator and condenser coils regularly
- Leave work area in a neat clean condition

Qualifications :
- EPA Universal license
- Must be able to regularly lift pull push and or/move up to 50 pounds
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of team members and guests in an attentive and serviceoriented manner
- Must have six months to one year of related experience and/or training
