Job Description
Title: HVAC Journeyman OR HVAC Technicians or Commercial HVAC Service Technicians
(in or having applied to become apart of local 597)
Work: Fulltime Permanent
Where: Lake Zurich / Palatine IL (2 positions Jr Tech & Sr Tech)
Pay: $34.45/hr to $60/hour based upon experience and skill level
Benefits: Health Insurance Short Term and Long Term Disability Paid Vacation Uniforms Provided Continued Education Company Truck and Dispatched From Home will need to come into the office on occasion. Growth opportunities available
Schedule: Average 40 hours with some OT depending on workload
Jr Tech Description: Provide quality Commercial and Industrial HVAC/R service and maintenance to clients
Sr HVAC Tech Servicing boilers chillers VRF air/water balancing controls and BAS
Requirements
Universal EPA B Card (Preferred not required)
Understanding of OSHA requirements
Will need to be in OR willing to join Local 597 Union
Move and lift up to 50 lbs
Good Driving record
Benefits
3+ years of experience as HVAC, Chiller and basic Controls experience
