Ultra Cryo & Recovery is a familyowned and operated fullservice cryotherapy wellness and recovery center with multiple locations in Polk County dedicated to promoting healthy natural healing with concierge service. We offer a range of services including cryotherapy EMS body contouring IV therapies and weight loss solutions in a relaxing and educational environment.

Job Summary:
As a Wellness Technician at Ultra Cryo & Recovery you will be responsible for delivering highquality wellness and recovery services including fullbody cryotherapy compression therapy and infrared sauna sessions. Your primary focus will be on providing a safe and professional experience for each client while educating them about the benefits of the services offered. Although sales consultations are not a direct part of this role you will have opportunities to upsell or crosssell additional services and generate referrals.
This position is perfect for someone passionate about wellness and recovery who enjoys delivering topnotch care and building strong relationships with clients.
This parttime role offers up to $15.00 per hour for 3035 hours per week Monday through Saturday.
This position is for our brandnew location scheduled to open in early spring!!
We are seeking individuals who are
Responsibilities:
- Perform all wellness and recovery services including fullbody cryotherapy compression therapy and infrared sauna sessions.
- Ensure client comfort and safety during all treatments strictly following protocols and safety guidelines.
- Educate clients on the benefits and expected outcomes of wellness services and provide recommendations for posttreatment care.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or crosssell services and products to enhance the clients experience.
- Generate client referrals through exceptional service and personalized recommendations.
- Maintain a professional welcoming and friendly atmosphere in the wellness and recovery department.
- Build lasting relationships with clients through consistent quality service and ongoing engagement.
- Document all client services accurately ensuring records are up to date.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of treatment areas and wellness equipment.
- Monitor and restock inventory for wellness supplies reporting any shortages or needs.
- Collaborate with the front desk and management team to coordinate client appointments and schedules.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Previous experience in wellness fitness spa or recovery services is preferred.
- Knowledge of cryotherapy compression therapy and infrared sauna treatments or a willingness to learn.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering a positive client experience.
- Ability to identify and recommend additional services without engaging in direct sales consultations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and friendly attitude.
- Ability to maintain high attention to detail and follow protocols in a fastpaced environment.
- Physical stamina to assist clients and stand for extended periods.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Previous experience in aesthetics, skincare, or wellness-related services is preferred. A deep understanding of cryotherapy or willingness to learn is required. Strong customer service skills with a passion for delivering exceptional client care. Ability to upsell or cross-sell services to enhance client satisfaction without pushing sales consultations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and positive attitude. Ability to maintain a high level of attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Capable of following strict protocols and safety guidelines for cryotherapy treatments. Must be able to work collaboratively with a team while taking ownership of client service.
