Job Description
- Supervise the mowing crew(s)
- Maintains time and production records
- Responsible to oversee the entire grounds of the resort to include mowing installation and trimming of trees and bushes fertilization and irrigation
- Maintain all shrubs trees and turf areas
- Suggests changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of work crew
- Analyzes and resolves work problems or assists workers in solving work problems
- Regular attendance as scheduled is necessary
Qualifications :
While performing the duties of this job the team member is regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; moving mechanical parts; high precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; toxic or caustic chemicals; outside weather conditions; extreme cold; extreme heat; and vibration. The team member is occasionally exposed to risk of electrical shock. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
- Horticultural degree preferred
- Must have knowledge of Missouri pest and diseases on turf and ornamentals
