Job Description
DAILY BUSINESS
- Calculation of costs for all finished goods (including semifinished goods).
- Forecasting costs of goods for new product requests from all countries.
- Support of the operations department with regard to different processes in SAP and drive optimization.
- Creation of AdHoc analysis.
PLANNING
- Performing all planning cycles (BP FRE SRE LE) for all RBS cost centers.
- Guarantee correct data input in SAP and Oracle HFM.
- Planning of HQ costs for all products including VISIT.
MONTHEND CLOSING
- Performing/coordinating various checks to ensure correct monthend closing together with the business partners.
- Performing production checks and ensuring correct inventory levels.
- Creation of management reports and performing analysis e.g. cost variances.
YEAREND CLOSING
- Coordinating timelines together with responsible operations departments.
- Performing yearend revaluation for all materials and being responsible for the inventory valuation.
PROJECTS
Being responsible for:
- Various projects to drive efficiency further within the organization.
- Strategic projects like Copacker Management Smart Data Availability Management Sourcetocontract
TRAINING/DOCUMENTATION
- Update all relevant training materials and documentations.
- Support the operations department with the needed support/training.
Qualifications :
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as an (operations) controller
Degree in business administration with a focus on finance/controlling
Excellent knowledge of English German is a plus
Experience with SAP ERP (FI/CO MM/PP SD) SAP BI and Oracle Hyperion is beneficial
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI) to create reports & dashboards providing easy access to business insights. Knowledge of statistics and statistical computer languages (e.g. R Python SQL etc.) to understand and continuously improve outputs of predictive modelsoptimization algorithms would be a plus but is not a prerequisite
Experience in the area of costtype and costunit controlling
Excellent analytical communication problem solving and stakeholder management skills
Analytics mindset future vision focus working with numbers
Accuracy reliability flexibility and result orientation
Proactive selfmotivated selfreliant and able to work under pressure in a fastpaced team environment
Additional Information :
Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position which is EUR 2.229 gross per month. However our attractive compensation package is based on marketoriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
