In this role youll actively contribute to the development and execution of our HR communication strategy. Youll focus on creating and managing both internal HR content and businessfacing HR content. Youll identify and implement effective communication tools channels and platforms to enhance HR communication. Furthermore youll work closely with HR stakeholders to pinpoint key messages and ensure consistent communication.
HR COMMUNITY MANAGER FOR THE INTERNAL INTRANET
In this position youll design and organize the HR content structure on our intranet including a knowledge hub that is intuitive userfriendly and easily accessible to all employees. Youll act as the HR community manager for our corporate intranet responsible for providing support and governance for user management content structure and serving as the primary point of contact for HR editors and our global intranet team.
You will establish clear guidelines and standards for HR content creation on the intranet ensuring consistency in tone style and branding across all HR communications.
GOVERNANCE OF HR PROJECT MANAGEMENT FRAMEWORK
Youll own and oversee our comprehensive HR Project Management Framework which includes essential components like onboarding training and templates for project execution. It will be your responsibility to ensure this framework is consistently updated and aligned with industry best practices thereby enabling efficient and effective project execution throughout the organization. In addition youll lead and manage the HQ HR internal project management community promoting collaboration and knowledgesharing among HR teams to enhance overall performance and innovation.
MAINTAINANCE & SUPPORT OF PROJECT & PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT TOOL
Youll maintain our current HR Project & Portfolio Management tool. To ensure a timely delivery and user satisfaction youll manage enhancement projects and change requests. In addition youll update internal documentation and provide user support including the coordination of incident resolution for efficient tool utilization.
Qualifications :
Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing and executing HR communication strategies focusing on both HR internal content and businessfacing HR content.
University degree preferably in a relevant field like communication studies or Human Resources
Excellent English skills (written and verbal).
Strong knowledge of communication tools channels and platforms with the ability to identify and implement appropriate ones to facilitate HR communication.
Ability to establish guidelines and standards for HR content creation on the intranet ensuring consistency in tone style and branding across all HR communications.
Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Proficiency in project and portfolio management methodologies and tools is preferred but not required.
Additional Information :
Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position which is EUR 2229 gross per month. However our attractive compensation package is based on marketoriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
