Job Description
Explore and propose alternative Value Engineering options for cost optimization. Prepare manage and track request for proposals request for information submittaltransmittals and change orders for the projects as directed. Implement new plans or modify existing plans in response to delays bad weather or construction site emergencies. Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to the owner representatives using methodologies in legal contract construction terms. Interpret the drawings and specifications for tradesman and explain the scope of work for construction site implementation. Perform monthly schedule updates and develop biweekly look ahead schedules for projects. Utilize Bluebeam Review Primavera P6 BIM 360 AutoCad OnScreen Takeoff Plan Swift and Microsoft Office to complete job duties. Review and approve subcontractor payment requisition. Determine labor requirements for dispatching workers to constructions sites.REQUIREMENTS: Master degree in Civil Engineering or a related Engineering field plus 12 months of experience in the job offered and 12 months of experience in using software like Plan Swift in OnScreen Takeoff and in using project management platforms like ebuilder and egordian.
