You will oversee daily procurement operations handling activities such as order placements supplier negotiations and vendor management. Ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of goods youll work to meet operational requirements while adhering to the companys quality standards.
REPORTING AND ANALYSIS
Generating and analyzing procurement reports will be central to your role. Youll assess supplier performance track procurement trends and identify costsaving opportunities. Additionally you will prepare detailed reports for management providing insights into procurement activities and overall operational performance.
COMPLIANCE AND DOCUMENTATION
Ensuring compliance is vital. You will maintain accurate procurement records and documentation ensuring adherence to the companys policies and procedures. Youll also ensure procurement guidelines and associated documents are updated regularly and are accessible to relevant stakeholders.
PROCESS IMPROVEMENT
Your role will involve evaluating existing procurement processes and identifying areas for improvement. From optimizing workflows to implementing new tools and systems youll lead initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency and effectiveness. Youll also explore opportunities for automation to streamline operations.
COLLABORATION WITH INTERNAL TEAMS
As a key liaison between departments youll work closely with finance operations and logistics teams to ensure the smooth coordination of procurement processes. You will also advise and support internal stakeholders on procurementrelated matters fostering effective collaboration across the organization.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years in operational procurement or a similar role.
Exceptional communication in English and interpersonal skills.
Industry experience in beverages or consumer goods is advantageous.
Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
Proven organizational and detailoriented capabilities.
Ability to thrive in crossfunctional teams.
Proficiency in SAP MM/S4 (mandatory).
Familiarity with SAP Ariba modules (SLM CLM and Sourcing) is preferred.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Additional Information :
Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position which is 2229 gross per month. However our attractive compensation package is based on marketoriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
