Managing and performing multifaceted projects in conjunction with daytoday activities is a requirement of the job
As an IT Infrastructure Services Specialist you will need to stay uptodate on technologies solutions and architectures to optimize IT functions
Participation in service and process improvement projects including outsourcing insourcing and service provider strategy initiatives is part of your role

Requirements
You have a bachelors degree in computer science information technology or a similar discipline and a passion for IT and a desire to drive positive change

Experience with IT service management tools incident handling tools and asset repositories is also crucial
Experience in IT service delivery management and ITIL process management as well as ITIL V3 or ITIL V4 certifications are necessary requirements for this position
