What you will be doing:
As an Operations Coordinator specializing in EV charging hub deployment you will play a vital role in delivering seamless turnkey charging solutions to our customers. This dynamic position is central to Powerdots operations and growth in Spain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Oversee daily progress across multiple projects with installation and engineering partners identifying and resolving bottlenecks in the installation pipeline.
- Resource Coordination: Work closely with internal and external stakeholdersincluding installers contractors suppliers and energy distributorsto ensure efficient deployment of charging stations with a focus on quality safety and speed.
- Technician Supervision: Organize and guide internal technicians for tasks such as:
- Conducting technical site visits
- Commissioning and activating charging stations
- Logistics Management: Ensure timely delivery of charging equipment to project sites.
- CAPEX Control: Manage investment per location by negotiating with subcontractors and ensuring projects align with budgets and timelines.
- Emergency Response: Conduct site visits or perform commissioning tasks personally if needed during urgent situations.
The Candidate we are looking for:
- Education: Masters degree or equivalent preferred ideally in Engineering or Business Management.
- Experience: 23 years of project management experience preferably in the electrical or related fields.
- Skills:
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Autonomy and decisiveness with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Detailoriented methodical and resultsdriven approach.
- Solutionfocused pragmatism capable of simplifying complex challenges.
