Hours: 630am 7pm

Job Description:
Support large volume of TEM metrology data generation.
Data quality control and screening errors
Statistical analysis and report generation
Minimum Qualifications:
BS/MS in Chemical Engineering Electrical Engineering Material Science Microelectronics Engineering Mechanical Engineering Optical Engineering Chemistry or Physics. BS IS REQUIRED; NO EXCEPTIONS
Preferred Qualifications:
Handson experience on SEM/TEM might not be very important. Instead it will be great if they have some CD measurements/metrology experience.
Experience on CD measurements/metrology. Basic knowledge of semiconductor device and manufacturing process. 46yrs of experience
