Job Description
- Respond to clients issue and enquiries promptly through phone call email chat and internal software
- Introduce and demonstrate the system to customers such as account registration job posting and etc
- Responsible to escalate clients issues to the sales team.
- Support the Account Manager by continuously showcasing positive & professional work attitude
Qualifications :
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any profession.
- At least 3 years of experience in Customer Success role or equivalent handling B2B customers.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Good command in written & spoken English Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good logical thinking able to quickly understand customer problems and respond to them.
