Client Account Manager

NEXGEN Asset Management

NEXGEN Asset Management is a leader in providing innovative software solutions for asset management serving cities utilities and facilities across the country. Our team is dedicated to innovation excellence and delivering outstanding customer experiences. We are looking for a talented and technically adept Client Account Manager to join our team.

As an Account Manager you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our clients. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients helping them maximize the value of our software and ensuring their longterm success.

This position is full time and has the option to be remote from the US or based in our Sacramento CA office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key client accounts specific to an industry or region ensuring they are driving towards success and getting the most out of our software. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients building strong lasting relationships.
  • Client Success: Proactively monitor client engagement and usage identifying opportunities for clients to derive more value from NEXGENs software.
  • Technical Assistance and Guidance: Assist clients with technical aspects of our SaaS software including setup configuration and troubleshooting. Serve as a technical guide to help clients adopt NEXGEN features.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and monitor client account performance and KPIs. Client Account Managers performance evaluated based on client retention and account growth.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with clients to develop and implement strategic account plans quarterly business reviews etc.


    Qualifications:

    • Education: Bachelors degree
    • Experience: 15 years of experience in client support or account management roles preferably with SaaS software.
    • Technical Skills: Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand explain and demo complex workflows and software features.
    • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • ProblemSolving: Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
    • SaaS Experience: Previous experience supporting SaaS software is highly desirable.
    • Collaboration: Strong ability to collaborate with internal teams and serve as the clients primary point of contact.
    • Customer Focus: Proactive personality with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

    Location:

    Salary range of $70000 $85000/year based on experience.
