Job Description
We are looking for a driven Senior Product Manager who is laserfocused on addressing customer pain points and needs. You will take ownership of the entire lifecycle and roadmap for Vizlib Analytics and Extensions that are customerfacing with a strong focus on frontend user experience and customization. The role involves ensuring smooth operations between product engineering support professional services and IT while working to deliver exceptional solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Ownership: Manage Qlik BI frontend extensions from insightsoftware focusing on enduser touchpoints (frontend user experience customization).
Feature Ownership: Prioritize feature development defect resolution and technical debt for Qlik BI frontend extensions ensuring features are in line with customer needs.
Product Development: Collaborate with engineering and UX Design teams to develop Qlik products and frontend capabilities aligned with the companys vision for Office of the CFO (oCFO). Be involved in every step of the product lifecycle from ideation and requirement definition to execution and implementation.
Commercialization: Contribute to Vizlib pricing and packaging strategies.
Collaboration: Work closely with the VP of Product and Director of Product on product strategy and collaborate across the organization to ensure productmarket fit feature development and successful product launches.
User Engagement: Enhance inproduct user experience and focus on longterm value delivery. Act as the customer advocate with engineering ensuring productmarket fit and overall product health.
Backlog & Roadmap Ownership: Own and manage the engineering backlog and product roadmap ensuring alignment with broader ISW Qlik product goals.
Marketing Collaboration: Partner with product marketing managers to achieve productmarket fit and support gotomarket strategies.
Qualifications :
Strong product management skills including usercentered design product thinking and endtoend user experience.
Proven ability to balance strategic vision with tactical execution.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer empathy and crossfunctional collaboration.
Experience working with engineering teams to define prioritize and implement product features.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize competing demands.
Experienced with Qlik (or Power BI Tableau Looker) and dashboard development.
Experienced in working with data and visualizations.
Nice to have: experience in BI implementation projects.
Bonus: Familiarity with frontend technologies or UX/UI design principles.
Bonus: Experience with cloudbased analytics or enterpriselevel BI implementations.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to drive decisionmaking.
Comfortable with agile methodologies and fastpaced product development environments.
