Work mode Work from office (Hyderabad location)
Responsibilities*
Work with internal and external teams using CRMs like Salesforce.
Ability to action on tickets based on severity and SLAs
Proactive approach to reach out to Stakeholders across multiple business units.
Basic understanding of Quotes invoices Pos Renewals etc.

Qualifications :
Qualifications / Requirements*
Freshers (pass out) (B.com/BBA (Finance)/MBA (Finance) background)
01 year of experience. Immediate joiners are most welcome.
Must have above 65% in all academic (10th 12th and degree)
Analytical thinking problemsolving interpersonal and relationshipbuilding skills
High level of attention to detail
Work from office Hyderabad location.
Ready to work as per eastern shift timings (5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST)
