Job Description
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks to verify the functionality performance and security of software applications.
- Collaborate closely with development and QA teams to understand project requirements and provide input on testability.
- Perform thorough analysis of product specifications to create comprehensive test plans and strategies.
- Execute automated test suites and analyze test results identifying defects and areas for improvement.
- Take ownership of the test automation process continually optimizing and enhancing automated testing practices.
- Communicate directly with clients to gather requirements provide project updates and address any testingrelated issues or concerns.
- Mentor and guide junior members of the test automation team sharing best practices and knowledge.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
- Having 8 years of professional experience in test automation. Experience with mobile automation testing is a musthave.
- Have 1 year of experience in Katalon Studio
- Proven expertise in developing and maintaining automated test scripts using industrystandard tools and frameworks.
- Strong programming skills (Java Python).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact directly with clients and internal teams.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Having experience/knowledge of BFSI industry is a plus
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Relevant certifications (e.g. ISTQB Selenium) are a bonus.
- Fluent in English have experience in working directly with global clients
