Job Description
This is a remote position.
As our first hire in solutions engineering youll have the opportunity to shape the function and grow into a leadership role as we scale. Your DIY mentality will be hugely impactful. Be spy and enthusiastic and be relentless in helping customers get to success.
Work with Sales Teams and prospects on their evaluation and adoption of organisation solutions.
Understand customer goals and how company solution can address those needs.
Assist in the Sales process including technical discovery technical demo Proof of Concept (POC) RFP responses.
Deep technical discussions around APIs SDKs and security frameworks (OAuth OpenID Connect JWTs).
Distill and advocate customer interests needs and product feedback in order to relay to Product and Engineering teams
Continuously learn and update skills and stay aware of industry trends in the Identity and access management (IAM) space in general and authentication in particular.
Track and report key success metrics such as customer adoption rates technical issue resolution time and successful POCs.
Requirements
- 2 years experience in a customerfacing technical role (SE SA consultant PM) ideally in the SaaS space.
- Previous software development experience.
- Great oral and written communication skills.
- Superior organizational skills working with multiple customers and can switch context quickly throughout the day with various competing demands and attention to detail.
- Obsessed with Solving Customer Problems.
- Experience at our earlystage startups and ability/desire to wear many hats.
Nice to have:
- A background in the Identity and access management (IAM) space specifically in authentication.
