Tasks
Join our innovative team as Gen AI Solutions Engineer where youll be at the forefront of designing building and deploying AIdriven solutions that meet our customers needs. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical foundation who can also understand and align AI solutions with business objectives. Youll collaborate with a dynamic group of engineers data scientists and product developers to build intelligent systems that drive our mission forward. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with customers to identify AI needs and design innovative tailored solutions leveraging LLMs cloud platforms and cuttingedge technologies.
- Design train and optimize machine learning and deep learning models to meet specific business needs.
- Implement and finetune advanced algorithms and tools adapting them to projectspecific requirements.
- Develop Pythonbased AI solutions using around open and closed source models such as Metas Llama3.180B or OpenAIs GPT 4o via API or in custom deployments
- Deploy AI models into production ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and continuous monitoring postdeployment.
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams including data scientists product managers and software engineers to align AI initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Work closely with our software engineers in integrating your AI solutions into customerfacing applications.
- Lead crossfunctional collaboration ensuring technical excellence while aligning with business goals.
- Stay updated with the latest AI research and trends experimenting with new techniques and tools to enhance AI capabilities.
- Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of AI models processes and methodologies.
Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Data Science AI or a related STEM field.
- Proven experience in a technical AI role ideally with customer interaction.
- Proficiency in Python Java or similar programming languages with experience in frameworks like TensorFlow PyTorch or Keras.
- Strong understanding of machine learning deep learning and NLP techniques.
- Experience with data manipulation tools (e.g. Pandas NumPy SQL).
- Handson experience with cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud for AI deployment.
- Familiarity with version control tools like Git/GitHub.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Fluency in both spoken and written English.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in collecting preprocessing and analyzing large datasets to ensure highquality data input for AI models.
- Familiarity with LangChain for building robust scalable AIdriven solutions.
- Familiarity with Zapier or MS PowerAutomate.
