We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Human Resource Manager for a 3 months secondment contract role in Abuja. This strategic role will support the HR initiatives drive organizational development and ensure alignment with the clients goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies and policies aligned with the clients organizational objectives
- Oversee all HR functions including recruitment training performance management and employee relations as requested
- Partner with senior leadership to drive HR initiatives
- Provide strategic HR support to the leadership team
- Drive Stakeholder engagements and communication
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field; Masters degree in HR or MBA preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in progressive HR management roles
- Indepth knowledge of Nigerian labor laws regulations and HR best practices
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities
- Proficiency in HRIS software HR analytics tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in senior stakeholder engagement change management and organizational development
- Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities
- Experience with HR operations in public sector preferred
