1. Conduct market research to identify potential customers and generate leads.
2. Deposit mobilization.
3. Achieve sales targets as assigned by the sales manager.
4. Vast knowledge of the mainland axis and its environs.
5. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the microfinance banks customer base and market share.
6. Maintain accurate sales records and reports
7. Build strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction retention and repeat business.
8. Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance highlighting achievements challenges and action plans for improvement to senior management.
Provide support to the sales team as needed.
Job Requirement
Minimum of 23 years in a Sales role and proven track record in mobilizing deposits.
Experience working in a Microfinance Bank is a musthave.
Previous and proven usage of Microsoft Office PowerPoint and Excel spreadsheets.
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills are required.
Candidate must possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team should be a selfstarter
The desired candidate is expected to be primarily highly proactive and corrective in approach.
Excellent analytical strategic thinking and problemsolving skills
Candidate should be able to demonstrate a strong awareness and knowledge of the Mainland axis.
. HND/bachelors degree in accounting finance Marketing or related field.
