Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support for applications built on .NET Angular and SQL Server platforms.
Investigate and resolve application issues bugs and performance bottlenecks.
Work closely with endusers to understand and troubleshoot issues providing timely resolutions.
Maintenance and Monitoring:
Monitor application performance and system alerts to proactively identify issues.
Maintain and enhance existing applications through regular updates bug fixes and optimizations.
Collaborate with infrastructure teams for server and database maintenance.
Collaboration and Communication:
Liaise with developers testers and stakeholders to understand application requirements and configurations.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation including FAQs troubleshooting guides and incident logs.
Communicate effectively with nontechnical stakeholders to explain technical solutions.
Database and Integration Support:
Write and optimize SQL queries to extract analyze and manipulate data.
Ensure the integrity and security of database systems.
Able to migrate the data from legacy systems to new systems
Qualifications and Skills:
Technical Skills:
Programming: Proficiency in OOPS concept.
Database: Strong knowledge of SQL Server including query writing stored procedures and performance optimization.
Frontend: Experience with HTML CSS JavaScript and Angular frameworks.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs microservices architecture and thirdparty integrations (Good to have).
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Adaptability to a dynamic and fastpaced work environment.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
