KRA 1Drive quality Talent Acquisition across region
- Facilitate manpower hiring across the region is within Budget and as per approved manpower plan
- Ensure all point in time at least 90% of budgeted dealers and other role holders are on board
- Source all positions up to Manager level within TAT
- Ensure quality of hire within the specified parameter
- Close all critical positions in shortest possible time within the hiring budget
- Ensure recruitments are done with an optimum sourcing mix to maintain cost within budget.
- Ensure compensation alignment for all recruitments (within given bands) during the hiring process
KRA 2HR administrative support to new joinees as well as existing employees at the regions
- Provide functional direction & ensure smooth & uniform delivery of HR Ops issues pertaining to joining compensation exits and all employee life cycle across branches regions & verticals
- Implement structured induction for all employees joining in the regions within defined timelines from DOJ
- Coordinate and resolve employee query with contact points in HR/ Payroll
- Provide support/assistance for smooth transition to the shared services model and act as the first point of escalation for unresolved queries.
- Drive seamlessly all central initiatives (ABG & ABC) across regions.
KRA 3Improve employee retention at Region and support with attrition analytics
- Conduct structured exit interview for all exits up to Manager level and record the same.
- Analyze attrition in the region and identify key reasons contributing maximum to the attrition numbers
- Devise mechanisms steps & local initiatives (like skip levels open house sessions etc.) to address employee concerns & arrest the factors contributing most to the attrition bucket.
- Partner with BM/BH in counseling session of employees during branch visits in case of disciplinary/ attitudinal issues
KRA 4Ensure prompt resolution of all ER issues which may come up from time to time
- Make comprehensive reports based on facts and share details with ZHR.
- Implement action recommended keeping in mind sensitivities involved
