Job Description
What will you be doing
As a Lead Electrical Engineer you will join Crewe team to support our activities within the Automotive sector.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Managing changes and planning releases for all onboard and offboard charging components.
- Focusing specifically on the incable control and protection device.
- Coordinating hardware and software delivery and signoff with the feature owner.
- Overseeing the release validation and signoff of onboard charging datasets and coding following Bentley processes.
- Taking ownership of onboard and offboard charging functions and their interactions with the vehicle.
- Leading the development validation and confirmation testing for all charging systems as required.
- Reporting current project status and providing feedback to senior management.
- Monitoring component compliance with legislative requirements in each region/territory
Who are we looking for
- Someone with comprehensive knowledge of the release process.
- An individual skilled in using Vector Tools: CANoe/CANape.
- An expert in electrical vehicle and electrical system data acquisition (CAN LIN FlexRay) using tools such as CSM TTTech Klaric and Vector.
- A professional who can communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications :
Experience skills and qualifications required:
- A bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering Automotive Engineering or a related field.
- Experienced with Electical Vehicle.
- Strong skills in verbal and written communication.
- Excellent time management and a systematic approach to data management and problemsolving.
