What you will do:
Strategic Planning:
Conduct detailed research on potential clients to understand their business objectives identify gaps in their marketing and branding strategies and propose actionable solutions.
Design and implement cuttingedge digital marketing strategies ensuring alignment with client goals and market trends.
Focus on three primary verticals:
Branding: Enhance client s market presence and brand perception.
Performance: Optimize marketing campaigns for measurable outcomes such as engagement and ROI.
Lead Generation: Drive qualified leads to meet or exceed client acquisition goals.
Create comprehensive pitch decks to present strategies objectives and expected outcomes to potential clients.
Campaign Management:
Oversee the planning execution and optimization of multichannel digital campaigns including SEO SEM social media email marketing and display advertising.
Ensure campaigns achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic growth improved engagement and higher conversion rates.
Utilize A/B testing for ad creatives landing pages and messaging to refine campaign effectiveness.
Operations Oversight:

Requirements
BTechMBA preferred.
Proven experience in managing digital marketing agency operations with a focus on both India and US markets.
Deep expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms including SEO social media paid advertising and analytics (e.g. Google Analytics SEMrush HubSpot).
Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide crossfunctional teams and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills including the ability to create persuasive pitch decks.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data identify trends and make datadriven decisions.
Valid US visa preferred but not mandatory.
