Job Description
Project Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy & Development:
- Drive endtoend product development projects ensuring alignment with customer requirements timelines and financial goals.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap reflecting customer needs market trends and business priorities.
- Collaboration & Leadership:
- Partner with Sales Marketing and Production teams to ensure successful product launches.
- Engage with customers partners and industry experts to validate product concepts and identify growth opportunities.
- Lead crossfunctional teams through ideation requirements gathering design testing and release phases.
- Operational Excellence:
- Create and manage product specifications for production and validation.
- Provide CAD designs and assist in building prototypes or samples for internal review and customer approval.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing teams to address production needs and resolve any issues.
- Manage the product backlog prioritize features and ensure timely delivery with development teams.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Monitor product performance and gather user feedback to drive iterative improvements.
- Collaborate with engineering and testing teams to ensure quality standards and minimize warranty concerns.
- Administrative Functions:
- Develop cost estimates by analyzing project plans specifications and production parameters.
- Set up new parts in the ERP system for scheduling and production.
- Create purchase orders for vendorsupplied items and process invoices.
- Handle other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing Engineering Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience:
- At least 3 years of product management experience with a proven track record of successfully launching products.
- Strong understanding of product development methodologies including Agile/Scrum.
- Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and estimating software.
- Exceptional analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
- Effective communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence crossfunctional teams.
- Teamoriented mindset with the ability to work autonomously in a fastpaced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master s degree in Business Administration Marketing Engineering or Computer Science.
- Experience in the corrugated plastics industry.
Physical Requirements:
- Regular sitting standing and walking.
- Manual dexterity for repetitive finger motions and computer work.
- Vision abilities including close distance color identification and depth perception.
- Occasional reaching stretching pushing pulling and grasping.
