Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Field Service Technician to join our team in Zaragoza Spain. As a crucial member of our service department you will be responsible for installing maintaining and optimizing our advanced sensorbased sorting systems across CenterNorth East Spain.
- Install commission and maintain sensorbased sorting equipment at customer sites
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal system performance
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively
- Provide exceptional customer service through clear communication and support
- Optimize sorting systems through sampling testing and process improvements
- Travel extensively within the assigned region (up to 80% of the time)
- Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for additional products and services
- Gather and report customer feedback to improve service quality and identify new opportunities
- Stay updated on the latest technologies and industry trends in recycling and sorting systems
Qualifications :
- Completed secondary technical school (FP2) or higher in electrician/electronics automatics industrial maintenance or a related field
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting skills
- Proficiency in computer programs PC configuration and network structures
- Excellent problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
- Outstanding communication skills and customeroriented approach
- Fluency in Spanish (native level) and proficiency in English
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively within the region
- Physical fitness to perform onsite installations and maintenance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to adapt to changing work schedules and customer needs
- Experience in an industrial environment preferably with a focus on maintenance (preferred)
- Familiarity with sensorbased sorting systems or recycling processes (preferred)
- Analytical mindset and goaloriented approach to optimize system performance
