Job Description
Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for strategic planning and governance Were seeking a dynamic Purchasing Strategic Planning & Governance Director to join our team in Horgen Switzerland.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute strategies in areas like Strategic Planning Supplier Intelligence Risk Management and Supplier Diversity.
- Governance & Integration: Lead the integration of strategic initiatives into global Purchasing policies ensuring they align with our E2E processes.
- Performance Metrics: Oversee ID&E and ESG performance metrics aligning them with our strategic priorities.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with senior management and external industry leaders to drive strategic communications and change management.
- Market Insight: Represent our organisation staying ahead of market trends and best practices to inform our strategies.

Qualifications :
- 15 years of progressive experience in Purchasing with a deep understanding of Global Purchasings strategy and E2E processes.
- Experience leading ID&E and ESG programs.
- Experience leading a team of professionals across geographies
- Experience and ability working with presenting to and influencing senior management.
