Job Description
As a TeleRecruiter at Govuni youll be a vital part of our mission to connect talented individuals with our groundbreaking Universal Based Employment program. Youll be responsible for:
- Identifying and engaging potential subscribers through various channels including online platforms social media and networking events.
- Conducting compelling presentations and consultations to explain the benefits of Govunis subscription service.
- Building relationships with potential subscribers addressing their questions and concerns and guiding them through the enrollment process.
- Meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets and contributing to the companys revenue growth.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
- Proven sales and/or recruitment experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and closing abilities.
- Selfmotivated and resultsoriented.
- Passionate about Govunis mission and values.
Commission Structure:
- Competitive commissionbased structure: Earn a percentage of each successful subscription sale.
