Job Description
ENGINEER I WATER & WASTEWATER
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Civil Engineer with a focus on Water and Wastewater to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing water and wastewater infrastructure projects including water distribution systems water storage facilities pump stations water and wastewater treatment plants sewer collection systems and sewer pump stations.
This role involves coordinating with multidisciplinary professionals on municipal industrial and commercial water and wastewater projects performing technical analyses ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and optimizing system performance. The Engineer I will report to a Project Manager or Principal and will be responsible for developing impactful designs for various water and wastewater engineering projects.
Qualifications :
- You earned a BS in civil engineering or a related field and have at least four (4) years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Professional licensure (PE) is required
- Youre proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D Revit and/or other industry best programs as well as the Microsoft Office Suite
- You are proficient in Hydro CAD Sewer GEMS Water GEMS or equivalent.
- You have strong interpersonal skills and communicate effectively both verbally and via written correspondence
- You have an aptitude for juggling multiple projects concurrently without losing sight of crucial details
- You can understand and carry out complex technical oral or written instructions
