The role :
We love nothing more than seeing our participants achieve their goals we live and breathe capacity building and hope to empower participants by:
- Using a strengthsbased approach to guide our assessment goals and ultimately our intervention
- We use a combination of standardised and nonstandardised assessments curated to the participants needs to guide our clinical reasoning
- Delivering much needed Physiotherapy interventions to participants within the setting best matched to their goals that could be at school at home work or in the community and
- Collaborating with our local multidisciplinary team of Occupational Therapists Speech Pathologists Physiotherapists Behaviour Support Practitioners and Psychologists.
- On a personal level we are a dynamic bunch of clinicians who exude a passion for disability. We want to see the best in each other just as we do our participants.
About You
- Considerable experience working as a Physiotherapist
- A passion for assisting vulnerable members of our community in reaching their goals
- An interest in collaborating within a multidisciplinary team
- A desire to work with NDIS participants across the lifespan
- Experienced in mentoring or supervising junior clinicians
Qualifications :
- Degree qualified Physiotherapist
- Current full registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
