Agile Coach

As an Agile Coach you will play a vital role in guiding teams through agile methodologies to enhance productivity and foster positive change. Your expertise in agile frameworks such as Scrum Kanban and SAFe will help streamline processes and improve team performance. Youll bring your exceptional interpersonal motivational and leadership skills to the forefront facilitating collaboration and driving agile adoption within organizations. While a relevant bachelors degree or Agile certification is preferred it is not essential. Your primary focus will be on leading and coaching teams applying your facilitation skills to effectively implement agile practices and achieve successful outcomes.

As an Agile Coach at Sopra Steria you have a clear drive to understand organizations and elevate them to an optimal level. In challenging situations you act decisively and serve as a valuable bridge between different parts of the organization. You are independent and capable of supporting our clients in achieving the best results. 

Additionally you have: 

• At least a completed higher education (HBO) degree; 
• A minimum of 2 years of work experience as an Agile Coach; 
• Knowledge of Scrum Kanban and/or Lean and you possess the relevant certifications (e.g. PSM PSPO PALE Lean Six Sigma PSK); 
• Experience in providing Agile and DevOps training; 
• Experience in scaling Agile within an organization; 
• Expertise in one or more of the following sectors is a plus: Finance Public sector Utilities and/or Logistics.
