Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers on an ecommerce platform through various channels (phone email and chat) based on business needs
- Identifying client issues handling complaints providing solutions and alternatives and guiding customers within the set timeframes
- Following provided guides and protocols during training to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Delivering professional customer support
- Collaborating with colleagues or different teams to resolve more complex cases
Your Qualifications:
- Language Skills: Proficient in Norwegian (B2 or C1 level) with good English communication skills (B1 level).
- Experience: Prior experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
- Technical Skills: Good computer skills and familiarity with common software.
- ProblemSolving Skills: Strong ability to research and identify accurate solutions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a serviceoriented professional and detailfocused attitude.
