Job Description

What role will you play

We are seeking a dynamic Vice President to lead our North American Market overseeing our new business and account management teams across Canada Mexico and the United States. This senior management role is crucial for driving customer satisfaction growth and strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in asset/automotive or similar finance technology solutions and the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders positioning SBS as a thought leader in the industry. 

What will you be doing

  • Strategic Leadership:
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy and related GTM focused on customer acquisition retention and growth.
    • Establish clear objectives for customer NPS crossselling upselling and securing new clients.
    • Work closely with the relevant product GM(s) to agree and deliver on all strategic and financial objectives
    • Engage with partners and ecosystem players to position SBS value prop in the market
  • Team Management:
    • Lead a team of 6 with plans to expand by 4 members in the next two years.
    • Manage regional sales quotas and reward for the team
    • Attract develop and retain top talent fostering a highperformance culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients including Tier 1 and Mid Tier Banks Regional Banks Independent Lenders and OEM Captives.
    • Serve as the primary contact for key accounts ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
  • Industry Representation:
    • Represent SBS at industry associations and forums enhancing our visibility and reputation.
    • Act as a spokesperson and thought leader in asset/automotive finance technology sharing insights at industry events.
  • Performance Monitoring:
    • Analyze market trends customer feedback and the competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
    • Report on KPIs related to customer growth satisfaction and team performance to senior management.

Qualifications :

What do we require from you

  • Proven leadership experience with a strong understanding of the North American financial landscape.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically in a fastpaced environment.

Education/Certification/License Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance or a related field; MBA preferred.

Working Experience:

  • 10 years of experience in sales business development or account management within the asset finance or financial services industry.
