Job Title: Business Analyst.
Experience: 2 years
Must be an Omani Citizen.

Focusing primarily on Case Management Systems and citizen engagement applications MERP experts create enterprise applications using Microsoft Azure Power Apps Dynamics 365 Power Pages SharePoint Open AI .NET and C#. MERP has seven solutions on Microsofts Apps Source portal including Investigative Case Management and Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) solutions. MERPs customers include federal agencies state and local governments nonprofits and commercial organizations..
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for Power Platform/Dynamics 365 projects.
- Analyze and translate business requirements into technical specifications user stories and process flows.
- Work closely with developers solution architects and project managers to design and implement solutions that align with business objectives.
- Conduct workshops interviews and surveys to elicit requirements and gather feedback from stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain project documentation including requirements documents use cases and test plans.
- Perform gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance business processes.
- Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide support during the implementation and deployment phases.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in the Power Platform/Dynamics 365 ecosystem and share knowledge with the team.
Requirements:
- The applicant must be an Omani citizen
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance Economics Computer Science or related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect organize analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques such as Excel SQL and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI).
- Knowledge with DevOps tools ( Azure Devops Jira)
