Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for Power Platform/Dynamics 365 projects.
- Analyze and translate business requirements into technical specifications user stories and process flows.
- Work closely with developers solution architects and project managers to design and implement solutions that align with business objectives.
- Conduct workshops interviews and surveys to elicit requirements and gather feedback from stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain project documentation including requirements documents use cases and test plans.
- Perform gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance business processes.
- Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide support during the implementation and deployment phases.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in the Power Platform/Dynamics 365 ecosystem and share knowledge with the team.
Requirements:
- The applicant must be an Omani citizen
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance Economics Computer Science or related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect organize analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques such as Excel SQL and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI).
- Knowledge with DevOps tools ( Azure Devops Jira)
