Job Description
Our Group is a leading conglomerate in the Middle East with over 25 years of experience in various industries such as construction real estate manufacturing and retail. We are committed to excellence innovation and growth and we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Training Manager to join our team.
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Training Manager to design implement and oversee training programs for our employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development excellent communication and leadership skills and a passion for continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement training programs that align with the companys objectives and goals
Conduct training needs assessments to identify knowledge and skill gaps within the organization
Design and deliver effective training sessions workshops and seminars
Collaborate with department heads to identify specific training needs for their teams
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements
Manage and coordinate the training budget and resources
Develop and maintain relationships with external training providers
Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in training and development
Create and implement onboarding programs for new hires
Mentor and coach junior trainers and oversee their development
Prepare training reports and present to senior management as needed
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Training and Development or a related field
Food & Beverage Industry
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a training or learning and development role
Strong understanding of training principles methodologies and techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs
Experience in conducting training needs assessments
Familiarity with elearning platforms and tools
Strong leadership and team management skills
Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment
Fluency in English Arabic language skills are a plus
