Job Description
Conducts routine analyses in compliance with applicable methods protocols SOPs and regulatory agency guidelines
Carries out testing on all aspects of work and calibration of equipment in the respective section when necessary
Supports the team by maintaining equipment logs and record books; troubleshooting and resolving problems and helping with special projects
Maintains glassware by pickingup cleaning washing sterilizing and distributing when necessary
Monitors and keeps laboratory supplies ready by inventorying stock placing orders and verifying receipt
Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions troubleshooting breakdowns maintaining supplies performing preventive maintenance and calling for repairs
Documents information by maintaining laboratory daily logs and equipment record books and documentations
Assists team and completes projects by attending and participating in group meetings
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading technical publications
Enhances laboratory and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
Prepares test reports as well as perform other related lab administrative work
Performs the works related to safety and quality control as well as prepare the documents accordingly
Maintains and upkeeps records
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
Good communication skill and able to keep a good relationship with colleagues
Fluent in oral and written English
Able to work independently as well as with a team
Able to perform multiple tasks within the same timeline and work under stress
