Urgent Job Opening Asst Manager Training & Development in a renowned American Auto Parts Mfg Co Manesar Location.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Training Delivery:
Design and deliver customized L&D workshops for employees across various grades and departments.
Use innovative and engaging methods to facilitate training sessions.
2. Training Needs Identification (TNI):
Conduct training needs assessments through discussions with managers and employees
. Analyze skill gaps and prioritize learning interventions accordingly.
3. Training Calendar:
Prepare and execute the annual and monthly training calendars aligned with organizational goals.
Ensure timely communication and adherence to the planned schedules.
4. Content Development:
Develop and customize training content tailored to specific functional and behavioral requirements.
Use PowerPoint presentations and other tools to create impactful learning materials
5. Feedback and Reporting:
Collect and analyze training feedback to measure program e ectiveness.
Prepare progress reports including pre and posttraining assessments.
6. Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate e ectively with all levels of the organization ensuring alignment of L&D initiatives with business objectives.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to promote learning initiatives.
7. Occasional Travel:
Visit company plants in Noida and Haridwar to conduct onsite training and support L&D activities.
8. Organisational Development
: Exposure in project like Change Management initiatives performance/ productivity improvement Developing competency mapping carer and succession planning.
