Position
We are looking for a detailoriented and driven MidLevel Analyst with strong proficiency in Excel Google Sheets and the ability to create compelling presentation decks. In this role you will assist in managing data performing analysis and creating presentations to support key business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex information effectively through data and presentations.
Tasks
- Work with large datasets to clean organize and analyze data for key business insights.
- Create visually engaging and informative presentation decks for internal stakeholders and executive teams.
- Collaborate with various teams to understand data needs and create customized reports or dashboards.
- Assist in preparing financial operational and performance reports ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Conduct adhoc data analysis as needed to support business strategies and objectives.
- Ensure data integrity and maintain accurate documentation for all reports and presentations.
- Manage data entry maintain records and track key performance metrics for various projects.
- Create and format reports charts and graphs to support business operations and decisionmaking.
Requirements
- Proven experience with advanced Excel and Google Sheets functions including pivot tables VLOOKUP SUMIF INDEX MATCH and data visualization.
- Ability to create clear concise and visually appealing presentation decks (experience with PowerPoint Google Slides or similar tools).
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to work with large datasets and identify trends or insights.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy in all work.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present data and findings in a clear professional manner.
- Ability to work independently manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace tools and other office productivity software.
