- Monitoring overall process performance with respect to the agreed SLAs for multiple countries for both AP Cost and AR.
- Monitoring the ageing buckets & collaborating with customers in resolving.
- Continuous Customer Engagement for any Impact assessment and migrations of process to GBS.
- Monitor Customer reconciliations for both Cash & Card payments
- Ensuring ZERO compliance for any external Audits including ICF.
- Driving efficiency driven transformation projects with Country Metro Digital.
- Conducting skip meetings/focus group sessions/MRMs to discuss the process health & teams expectations as part of engagement and retention controls.
- Conducting performance review with the team on quarterly halfyearly & yearly basis.
- Sharing feedback with the Team Leader on a regular basis.
- Leave Management for self and TL.
- Coordinate with other teams to ensure smooth operations like IT Ops & Infra.
Review Monthly Governance presentations before publishing.

- Six Sigma Yellow Belt Trained.
