Job Title: Area Business Head
Location: Bhavnagar Gujarat
CTC: Up to 15 Lakh
Experience: Minimum 8 Years in Affordable Housing
Age Limit: 40 Years
We are seeking an experienced Area Business Head for a leading NonBanking Financial Company (NBFC) based in Bhavnagar Gujarat. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of core experience in the affordable housing sector and possess strong knowledge of the local market specifically in the regions of Bhavnagar Botad Mahuva Amreli and Surendranagar. As Area Business Head you will be responsible for overseeing the business operations in these areas managing 45 clusters and driving growth and performance in the affordable housing segment. You will report to the Regional Business Head and play a pivotal role in strategy formulation team management and business development.
The role requires a leader with excellent market acumen strong sales management skills and the ability to effectively drive business outcomes. You will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team ensuring alignment with company objectives and delivering on sales targets. The candidate should be familiar with the geographic locations mentioned and capable of building strong relationships with stakeholders.
