Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer to join our team in Bhiwandi. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in network design implementation and maintenance along with handson experience in managing network infrastructure. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our network systems and supporting the organization's IT needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Network Design and Implementation:
Design configure and implement network solutions based on organizational requirements.
Set up and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure including routers switches and firewalls.
Network Monitoring and Maintenance:
Monitor network performance to ensure reliability and efficiency.
Troubleshoot and resolve network issues in a timely manner.
Perform regular network maintenance including updates and patches.
Technical Support:
Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams regarding networkrelated issues.
Collaborate with other IT staff to support and integrate network solutions.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations changes and troubleshooting steps.
Prepare reports on network performance and incidents.
Security Management:
Implement and manage network security protocols to protect data and systems.
Monitor for and respond to potential security threats and vulnerabilities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
25 years of experience in network engineering or a related role.
Proven experience with network hardware (routers switches firewalls) and software.
Familiarity with networking protocols (TCP/IP DNS DHCP VPN etc.).
Knowledge of network security practices and tools.
Experience with network monitoring tools and performance optimization.
Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Desired Skills:
Certifications such as CCNA CCNP or CompTIA Network are a plus.
Experience with cloudbased networking solutions is advantageous.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
